Oh where oh where have my running feet be…

Hope you all understand the ups and downs of fitness.  I’ll be back! :)  Been very busy with flying and dealing with -35 daytime lows.  But I’ll be back.  Never quit I say.  I’ve taken a Loooong break.  Still won’t quit.  So yes, I’ll be back with stories, trials, and achievments for 2012. 

On a side note, I’m maintaining my weight since my last run.  212ish.
